Served as a Police Officer in Springfield and Columbia, Missouri

Currently serves as a Criminal Justice Instructor at a prominent university

Frequent guest lecturer on Criminal Justice to a variety of professional and educational organizations on topics of investigative processes, background screenings, and interview techniques

Authored, “A Practical Guide to Church Safety and Security” CSS Publishing, Lima, Ohio; a widely used book written from Mr. Cirtin’s broad experience working with religious organizations assisting church leaders in maintaining safe and secure operational and business procedures
