Our automated national search system will verify that the number provided by the applicant was issued by the Social Security Administration, and that it is not listed in the files of the deceased or on the "misused" list. This search will reveal any names and last two addresses associated with the numbers use, and may provide a date of birth and employment information. Instant results online.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Using the applicant's name and date of birth, our automated national search system will reveal any alias used by the applicant and a complete list of all the addresses associated with the applicant's name(s). Additional information available on this report includes the Social Security Number Verification.

CREDIT REPORT

This credit report will report full name confirmation, plus former names and known aliases. It delivers up to three addresses and dates, verifies social security number and last three reported employers and employment dates when available. Contains a complete listing of creditor information and how the applicant's debt obligations are being met. The Equifax SAFESCAN service offers extra protection against potential application fraud. STATEWIDE CRIMINAL COURT RECORD SEARCH

Our search will provide specific information regarding Misdemeanor and Felony convictions of individuals who have been under the jurisdiction of the court system in the state requested. When a statewide search is unavailable, the search will need to be conducted on a county level.

COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT RECORD SEARCH

Our search will provide specific information regarding Misdemeanor and Felony convictions of individuals who have been under the jurisdiction of the court system in the county requested.

DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS (DOC) RECORD SEARCH

See State/County Searches for availability. This database search will reveal current and historical felony and misdemeanor (misdemeanor info is limited in some states) conviction information for inmates that are or have been under the supervision of the Department of Corrections in the state requested. The results will reveal if the applicant has been incarcerated.

SEX OFFENDER RECORD SEARCH

The search will reveal if the applicant is listed in the state's Sex Offenders database in the state requested. Each state's database is developed according to that state's Statutes in regards to providing information on sex offenders. Most databases consist of the names and related data of sex offenders and Sexually Violent Predators (SVP) who are not in prison.

FEDERAL CRIMINAL RECORD SEARCH

This database search will reveal if the applicant has been charged with a Federal Crime, where local, county or state law officials were not involved. (Ex: Mail/Wire Fraud, Drug Trafficking, Child Pornography, Counterfeiting)

DRIVERS' LICENSE RECORD SEARCH (MVR)

This search will reveal information regarding the applicant's current driver license status, classification(s) and restriction(s). This report will also provide detailed information regarding any moving and nonmoving violations, including but not limited to DUI's, DWI's, suspensions, revocations, and problem driver points.

WORKERS' COMPENSATION SEARCH

This search identifies those applicants who have filed a Workers' Compensation claim(s) against any employer in the state searched. A majority of the states will release: name of employer, dates and nature of injury, medical and/or indemnity amounts received. Turnaround time varies by state, usually 48 B 72 hrs.

MEDICARE FRAUD SANCTION SEARCH

This list provides names of individuals and entities that have been sanctioned by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and are subsequently excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid and other Federal healthcare programs.

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA)

This report details the findings of a search of the General Service Administration which provides a history on individuals and entities which can not participate in any federally funded program whether financial or non-financial. The GSA report is a necessity if your business relies on federal support of any kind.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSE VERIFICATION

This search of the state or governing license agency will reveal the current status of the applicant's license (FAA, FCC, Insurance, and Teaching) and the date the license was issued.

EDUCATION VERIFICATION

This search will provide information regarding the applicant's academic background. It will verify institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, GPA, Degree/Diploma awarded and/or Certificate issued. Transcripts can be obtained for an additional fee. Turnaround time 24-36 hrs.

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION (BASIC)

Through the Human Resource Department the following is verified: Dates of employment, position or job title, and salary history when available.

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION (EXTENDED)

In addition to the above employment verification, an interview is conducted. The interview consists of questions pertaining to the applicant's job duties, integrity, work habits, demeanor with coworkers, reason for leaving, eligibility for rehire, etc. If an interview cannot be obtained, you will only be charged for the basic verification. Turnaround time 24-72 hrs.

PERSONAL REFERENCE INTERVIEW

An interview with the personal reference listed by the applicant will be conducted. The interview will consists of questions pertaining to the reference's relationship with the applicant, the applicant's personality, integrity, work history, dependability, etc. Turnaround time 24-72 hrs.
