Robert Cirtin has a wealth of experience which includes serving as the Chief Investigator for the State of Missouri Division of Professional Registration and as Director of Investigations for the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
Robert has several years of experience as a police officer and has completed more than 2,500 hours of law enforcement training. Additionally, he has earned a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and teaches criminal justice courses at the University level.
Robert is certified as an investigator by the Council of State Governments and formerly certified as a police officer by the Missouri Department of Public Safety. He is a member and past vice president of the Missouri State Investigators Association, a professional organization of Missouri State Government investigators. Robert also has served on a variety of community and governmental boards and commissions. In addition, Robert is a member of Rotary International, Springfield (Missouri) Southeast Club. RCI is a member of the Springfield (Missouri) Area Chamber of Commerce.
This unique combination of experience and education gives Robert and the investigative staff a strong understanding of criminal, civil, and administrative legal procedures.

Our diverse backgrounds and experiences enable us to conduct virtually any type of investigation under a variety of circumstances. We are accustomed to investigating sensitive and confidential matters. We are trained and experienced in the techniques of interviewing, collecting and processing evidence, rules of evidence, legalities of conducting investigations, surveillance, covert investigations, and report writing.
Our investigators demonstrate analytical, written, and verbal skills by completing technical reports, making presentations to clients, and testifying in court as to the findings of our investigations. Clients trust our investigations to make decisions regarding disciplinary procedures, hiring decisions, as well as filing charges in criminal courts and complaints in civil and administrative law hearings.
